If in menopause we will determine a plan for reducing any symptoms you are having and incorporate them into your daily routines.
This month we will look at the connection between your gut and your brain. Stress can completely change how the gut works! We will see how your gut health may be affecting your hormones and make a plan to improve any issues we find. We will work to optimize digestion and nutrient absorption, strengthen the gut barrier and sooth inflammation in the gut. The estrogen microbiome is the collection of bacteria in the gut and when it is out of balance it can affect hormone levels.

Learn about benefits of fasting and how to incorporate it into your routine. Depending on your health history we will give you a plan that is safe and effective for your body. Fasting can impact your cycle and needs to be done at specific times in your cycle. We will give you a plan for the month to start incorporating fasting of different lengths depending on your needs.
